I am an idiot. Check out this photo. Slightly left and below centre is a wacking great thumb print left by yours truly. So basically what might have been a really nice pot, is fundamentally rubbish! Anyway, its not important because the Thumb Print Pot marks a turning point in the road. Do you see the colour? Compare it to its shades of grey brothers and sisters. This pot means we are getting somewhere. Next week I have some more experiments lined up to prove the Thumb Print Pot is not a one off. And this time, I wore gloves to finish the surface...
